Alicia grew up in San Jose surrounded by hairstylists — her mom and grandmother both shared a love for the craft and inspired her to follow in their footsteps. After graduating from cosmetology school, she joined the Michael Anthony Salon team in 2023 and continues to grow under the mentorship of owner Michael.
Now a Level 1 Stylist with 3 years in the industry, Alicia specializes in layered haircuts, scissor cuts on men, root retouch maintenance, gloss treatments, and soft, effortless highlights. She loves helping people feel good and showing them that hair can be both fun and an expression of who they are.
Outside the salon, Alicia enjoys fashion (especially a good Canadian tuxedo moment), Alicia is an animal lover, one of four siblings, danced from age 3 to 17, loves shopping — and proudly saw One Direction as her first concert.
