Alicia grew up in San Jose in the hair industry with her amazing mom as a hairstylist and her dad’s mom as a hairstylist/salon owner as well! She always loved the idea of following in her mom’s footsteps and made it a reality in 2023 when she joined our Michael Anthony team after graduating from cosmetology school.

While she continues her mentorship program with our owner Michael, she has started taking her own clients behind the chair and providing her guests with soft effortless highlights and haircuts as well as root retouch maintenances.

Alicia loves helping people feel good and showing them that their hair can be fun and an expression of themselves.
